La práctica de yoga es una disciplina que año a año suma adeptos. Sin embargo, ahora hay una variedad que parecer volverse tendencia: el “Nude Yoga”, o en otras palabras, lo que se conoce como hacer yoga sin ropa.

Se trata de una nueva técnica para practicar estos ejercicios que tienen sus inicios con las publicaciones que hace una joven de sí misma practicando yoga completamente desnuda.

Su objetivo principal es animar a otros a que prueben esta disciplina, así como demostrar la gran cantidad de beneficios que esta puede tener para el cuerpo y para la mente.

Especialistas aseguran que Nude Yoga es una práctica original que indica que al estar desnudos las personas aprenden a amar sus cuerpos, a sentirse libres y a conectarse con otros seres humanos.

I like that I can take the photo myself this way and share it with you whenever I feel like it. By using mirrors! It's not going to be only yoga but different kind of things too...
